By installing or using BuildLive (the "app"), you agree to these terms.

What the app is

BuildLive is a fan-made in-game overlay for Path of Exile 2 that displays

build-guidance cards — next step, level band, gear priority, Path of Building 2

(PoB2) DPS/defense proof, and patch-risk warnings — based on a build you

provide. It is a companion utility. It does not modify the game, read game

memory, capture the screen, or automate input, and it does not provide any

competitive advantage beyond presenting guidance about your own build.

Not affiliated / trademarks

• BuildLive is **not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Grinding

Gear Games** (creators of Path of Exile 2), the Path of Building community

project, or Overwolf.

• "Path of Exile" and related marks belong to their respective owners and are

used here only to describe compatibility.

Use at your own risk

• The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind.
• It relies on the official Overwolf Game Events Provider for game context.

Game updates may temporarily change or break which events are available.

• DPS and defense figures originate from your PoB2 export and reflect PoB2's

modeling, not live in-game numbers. Treat patch-risk warnings as advisory;

always verify against current in-game behavior.

• We are not liable for any issues arising from use.

Acceptable use

• Use the app for personal, non-commercial gameplay.
• Do not redistribute, resell, or misrepresent the app as official.

Changes

These terms may be updated; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
